Tell us about your wedding
A short set of questions: your names, the date, where you are, roughly how many guests, what kind of wedding it is, whether a house of worship is involved, your budget, and what matters most to you. The warm house style is already set for both the app and your wedding website; the last question invites your partner. From those answers your checklist counts back from your date: the American set holds 172 tasks, from touring venues thirteen months out to returning the signed marriage license to the county clerk, and you only get the ones that fit your kind of wedding.
Put your guests in groups
Nobody retypes a spreadsheet. Paste your existing list from Excel, Numbers, or Google Sheets in one go: the columns are recognized, households become one group, and you see a preview before anything is saved. Guests answer per person and per event, so ceremony, dinner, and reception each get their own yes or no. Dietary needs, allergies, and accessibility notes stay private: guests fill them in themselves, with consent they can withdraw. You can add your own RSVP questions on top and export a caterer list with the dietary needs.
Keep the budget and the vendors together
Quotes, contracts, deposits, due dates, and what is still open, attached to the vendor they belong to. So you see what is booked, what is paid, and what is still due. Budget lines that depend on your guest count move with the RSVP answers instead of with your best guess.
